Nordreef's team page was a patchwork: phone pictures, holiday crops, four people with no photograph at all. The fix is not better photographs of individuals, it is one afternoon where everybody stands in the same place.
We ran fifteen-minute slots from noon and finished at ten past five. Everyone got two finals. The page went live the following week and for the first time nobody on it looks newer than anybody else.
